A multiple Austin Music Award winner, Guy has spent decades blending blues, folk, and rock into a sound that's as rootsy and authentic as Texas itself. He's also been a proud member of the Texas Commission on the Arts Touring Roster for over 10 years, taking his music to the far reaches of the state as part of its rural touring program. As a proud father of two, Guy's here for Tanya Lloyd, a fellow Texan who's spent her life teaching our kids and standing up for our schools, our farms, and our families.
Raised on a family farm outside Lockhart, Tanya is a fifth-generation Texan who taught kindergarten and first grade in the Lockhart Independent School District for nearly two decades. Now she's running for Congress to defend public education, expand rural healthcare, and support family farmers and sustainable jobs across TX-27 fighting for the same values she was raised on.
Tanya's given a masterclass in Texas values for two decades. Now it's Washington's turn to take notes.
